Fitness Everyday

Fitness Everyday
My class does fitness everyday The things we do for fitness are running  round our court 2 times or sometimes more after that we get in groups. After we are in our groups we do some exercises like running to a line and 10 star jumps and run back or grape vine to the line and five push ups and run back.


after we have done some exercises like them we do a little circuit of exercises to do we are still in our groups. the activities are agility ladder,Chest passes,small ball passes And more.

In my spare time I go to the park with my friends and we play a game of league and also Football.  I think people should do fitness everyday or even most days because if you don’t do fitness and you are late for a bus one day and it just left you might not be able to catch the bus if you're not fit.  You can chase it and you might catch it.
